For a period of approximately four (4) months in 2018, I had the opportunity to work with Emily as her ground person while she was training her young horse, Don Ahlerich. During that time, Emily exhibited tremendous knowledge coupled with patience, perseverance and determination to mold this youngster into the promising horse that he is today. Reflecting on my experience with her in the ring, I would definitely recommend Emily as a trainer to anyone starting their own horse. Cheryl Zrimm

Emily is patient and very knowledgable as a dressage instructor. She has a real feel for horses and communicates well to her students. She is straight forward and doesn’t confuse me. She has gained a great amount of experience from competing and shers her experiences and what works best in certain situations. It’s always a great experience working with her. Patty Adams

I have been in various facets of the equine industry for 25+ years. I am an ARIA certified instructor and I was an IHSA coach for Franciscan University. My background also includes working as an equine nutrition specialist and a barn manger/trainer for a thoroughbred racing farm. I currently run a boarding and breeding operation out of our newly built facility. In my breeding program, I focus on producing well-bred AQHA’s and Warmbloods that can be successful with amateurs and professional riders. I am pleased to have an accomplished trainer who I can entrust to bring along my young prospects. Her experience will ensure their success in and out of the show ring. Emily is well educated in all areas of horsemanship but two areas that are often neglected by trainers are the two she excels in, saddle fit and equine nutrition. She is quick to share her knowledge not only with her students but anyone who is willing to listen. Both are essential for a horse’s health and success. Marissa Gump, B-Mar Performance Horses
